New York never sleeps – but at the Martinique, you actually can. I got off the subway at Penn Station, and within minutes, I was inside. The lobby has that old-school New York charm – elegant, but never pretentious. The room? Clean, quiet, with a view that reminds you you’re right in the heart of the city. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, like locals who love to share their city’s secrets. This isn’t just a place to sleep – it’s the starting point of your New York story. I’ll definitely be back.

Great location, close to Penn station for easy access by the LIRR straight from Jamaica station at JFK. Less than 5 minute walk over to the hotel from Penn.

Liked the location. design of the hotel, services were good and quick, room size and layout were good and king bed was more than comfortable ( for the upgraded room only. The Queen/double was poor)

The location was convenient in terms of proximity to the Subway as well as walking north and south along 5th, 6th, 7th Aves or Broadway. The location is also near the pedestrian areas with tables and chairs put in by the Bloomberg Administration. The Martinique bar/grille had a charming and cozy atmosphere, great service and a delicious crudité dish with humous which I ate twice. The room was perfect for one and had a decent view. The hotel also gives a discount of $40 against any money spent in their restaurant. I also liked that it is located on the Korean Town street with its interesting cuisine. Just don't try to eat there on Friday night!

Loved the location felt safe with door man. Beautiful decorated rooms were very clean and good size for New York. Restaurant was nice very limited menu. Close to everything, great gym.

We got an upgrade on our room and it was beautiful. Large comfortable bed, iron, coffee facilities, lovely bathroom, a safe and a large room. It was very comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the menu was very good and food was lovely. Hotel is right across the road from Macys with subway stations very close by.
